Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
* Handmade Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
* Items must include tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
* Returns must be initiated within **30 days** of delivery unless otherwise stated.
* Fabric may be eligible for return but only if fabric is in original quantity purchase uncut, unused.
Non‑returnable items include:
* Fabric
* Custom or personalized products
* Digital products
* Items marked "non‑returnable"

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@marillyninthemoon.com
Include your:
* Order number
* Reason for return
* Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
We will provide instructions on how to handle any return
**Customers are responsible for return shipping costs**, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item etc.).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **5–10 business days**. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
**Shipping fees are non‑refundable.**
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos. The defective item may need to be returned prior to a refund being placed. Product replacement depends on product availability and is not guaranteed. Marillyn in the Moon reserves the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. Some handmade items are limited quantity and may not be available for replacement. By design, many handmade items have small imperfections and are not considered "defective". This will be determined by Marillyn in the Moon.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your carrier directly.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within **2 hours** of placement. After that, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
